Speakers: Inma Arostegi (Vicerrector for Research, UPV/EHU); Gonzalo Muga (director of EHU Quantum Center); David Guéry-Odelin (codirector of the Institute for Quantum Technologies in Occitania); Jokin Bildarratz (Minister of Education, Basque Gov); and Eva Ferreira (Rector of UPV/EHU).
